Manage senior client relationships for BlackRock’s Aladdin investment management platform. Advise institutional clients on portfolio, trading, risk, and operational workflows; analyze requirements and data; configure solutions; troubleshoot issues; and drive platform adoption. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quantitative Modeling, and Sales teams to deliver custom solutions, communicate product feedback, support onboarding, and address regulatory and operational trends.

Leads value delivery and client engagement for Aladdin, eFront, and WPS with Tier-1 Middle East institutional investors. Builds executive relationships, drives platform adoption and measurable business outcomes, coordinates cross-functional delivery, manages risks and escalations, supports governance reviews, and contributes to renewals, growth initiatives, and team development.

The Technical Account Manager will manage relationships with Limited Partner clients, onboard new clients, ensure data quality, and provide product education and support.

Act as a trusted advisor to trading and operations clients to drive Aladdin adoption and measurable outcomes. Lead strategic change initiatives (asset onboarding, workflow redesign, system rationalization), assess and optimize investment workflows, align value delivery with sales and product teams, monitor adoption and client sentiment, and advocate regional product enhancements for Asia Pacific clients.

Manage relationships with Aladdin clients, advise senior stakeholders on leveraging the platform, lead cross-functional projects, coordinate client development and deployments, and support implementation of models, analytics, and reporting. The role partners with product managers, developers, financial modelers, and global internal teams while providing expertise in investment workflows, portfolio strategies, optimization, risk, attribution, and financial markets.

Consultative client-facing role advising APAC private-markets clients on Preqin data and workflows. Drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, partner with Client Engagement, Product, Data and Sales, and support integration with eFront and Aladdin to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

The Director will manage relationships with healthcare clients, strategize marketing initiatives, pursue new investments, and mentor team members while driving revenue growth.

Serve as a technical relationship manager for Aladdin clients: drive product adoption, map product vision to client strategy, provide consultative support, gather and communicate product feedback, manage cross-functional projects, monitor industry/regulatory trends, and coach junior team members to ensure successful client outcomes.

Provides client service to consulting firms and mutual clients, resolving operational issues and escalating complex matters. Responsibilities include relationship management, service delivery, client communications, regulatory and platform projects, cross-functional coordination, deliverables, operational requests, root-cause analysis, and process improvements. The six-month veterans transition program includes training, mentorship, and potential permanent employment.

Serve as primary client contact for consultant firms, manage service delivery and expectations, resolve operational issues, coordinate cross-functional solutions, support RFPs and client reporting, drive process improvements, and assume independent client coverage.
