Lead a team of 3–5 account managers to drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth for publisher and media customers. Build standardized account management processes, support executive client engagements, partner cross-functionally, and develop talent to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Serve as the day-to-day contact for buy-side clients on FreeWheel Buyer Cloud. Train customers, recommend optimizations, drive adoption and satisfaction, troubleshoot with Support, and relay product/market feedback to cross-functional teams to grow client relationships and platform usage.

Manage and optimize publisher partnerships for FreeWheels ad platform. Act as a trusted advisor, troubleshoot programmatic and IO delivery issues, analyze supply performance, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and drive account growth through data-driven recommendations and stakeholder relationships. Provide high-touch service and support global coordination.
