Manage and grow mid-market business accounts via outbound/inbound calls, driving retention and incremental revenue through solution-based selling. Conduct account reviews, process orders, coordinate with Sales Engineering and Project Management for implementations, maintain billing/order entry, meet sales quotas, and support product adoption and testing.
