Serve as the primary on-site customer-facing lead for Shield AI aircraft in Greece, managing integration, issue triage, cross-functional coordination, sustainment planning, logistics, and long-term customer adoption. Build trusted relationships, track customer health metrics, resolve technical and operational issues, and advocate field needs into product and sustainment priorities to ensure mission readiness and sustained use.

Lead and build the Aircraft Division Customer Success function for V-BAT and X-BAT customers. Own Critical Accounts Program, drive customer adoption, readiness, and mission value. Establish account health criteria, success plans, escalation and recovery processes, cross-functional operating rhythms, executive reporting, and permanent corrective actions to ensure long-term customer success and operational readiness.
