Own technical relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving value, adoption, retention, and technical strategy for the Braze platform. Provide technical advisory, enablement, discovery, implementation support, documentation, architectural guidance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and support renewals and upsells.

Serve as the primary technical advocate for a portfolio of named customers, owning platform integration, performance, escalations, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Customer Success and Recurring Services to drive adoption, remove technical barriers, analyze support trends, run technical reviews, and transition clients from onboarding to ongoing support.
