Serve as primary liaison for business customers, resolve escalations (disbursements, declines, risks), coordinate cross-functional teams, identify root causes, provide transaction updates, and improve partner/process performance to ensure best-in-class experience.

Own the end-to-end resolution of complex business customer escalations across risk, disbursements, engineering, and compliance. Provide white-glove concierge support, perform risk reviews, drive root-cause fixes, synthesize systemic partner issues into improvements, guide KYB onboarding, and coordinate cross-functionally to protect customer and brand outcomes.
