Own retention, adoption, satisfaction, and growth for a portfolio of institutional investor clients across the BeNeLux region. Develop account plans, deliver onboarding and training, identify churn risks, support expansion opportunities, resolve issues, and maintain client data. Build senior stakeholder relationships across ESG, investment, research, product, and risk teams while serving as a subject matter expert on Sustainalytics products and coordinating with internal teams.

Manages institutional client relationships for Morningstar Data and Research products. Serves as a subject matter expert, conducts business reviews, tracks client metrics and KPIs, coordinates issue resolution, trains internal and client-facing teams, identifies upsell opportunities, communicates client needs to stakeholders, and represents the customer voice in product roadmap decisions. Requires occasional client travel.

Manage client onboarding for Morningstar technology, lead implementations and training, coordinate data migrations and internal teams, document requirements and timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful handover to Customer Success while improving onboarding processes.

Provide global client support for ESG research products and data, managing onboarding, account permissions, deliverables, and methodology/data queries. Triage cases, maintain SLAs, update CRM, and collaborate with Client Success and Sales to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Provide expert post-sales client support for Morningstar research and analytical products, resolve escalations, maintain product knowledge, meet service levels, advocate for clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and excellent client experience.
