Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts across EMEA by driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop strategic account plans, manage complex sales cycles, and align customer objectives with Mirakl’s product roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams while monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics. The role requires fluent English and French, strong commercial and analytical skills, and experience managing strategic SaaS or technology accounts.

Own and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise SaaS accounts across EMEA. Build C-level relationships, develop account plans, drive upselling and cross-selling, manage complex sales cycles, and align customer objectives with Mirakl’s product roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to support retention and growth while monitoring industry trends and competitive developments.

Lead and develop an Account Management team responsible for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. Drive predictable renewal and expansion processes, forecast and mitigate commercial risk, act as escalation for high-risk deals, partner cross-functionally, and build playbooks while hiring and mentoring top talent. Manage own quota in a player/coach capacity.

Manage a portfolio of Mirakl Ads clients to define retail media strategy, drive implementation and platform adoption, optimize campaign performance, deliver strategic recommendations and trainings, and scale Customer Success processes using BI and AI tools.
