As a Forward Deployed Accountant, you'll lead the deployment of AI Agents for corporate customers, automating accounting workflows, delivering training, and supporting product improvement while performing customer-facing tasks in a hybrid work environment.

The Senior Forward Deployed Accountant leads enterprise customer engagements, automating accounting processes with AI Agents. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, workflow design, and collaborating with account teams for adoption and success.

Lead deployment of FloQast Transform AI Agents for corporate accounting teams: configure, test, and document automations; deliver training, workshops, and coaching; troubleshoot and escalate issues; collaborate with partners; gather product feedback; and travel to customer sites (up to 50%).

Support and enable partner implementers by troubleshooting, onboarding, shadowing, training, and creating enablement materials. Maintain module subject-matter expertise, perform quarterly low-complexity customer implementations, and align with Professional Services for methodology and best practices.

Own day-to-day operational relationships with assigned partners, monitor partner-led implementations, surface risks early, coordinate sales-to-implementation handoffs, track consultant readiness and capacity, run operational reviews and QBRs, and manage escalations to ensure successful partner delivery.

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve technical issues for customers using FloQast's Accounting Platform, involving collaboration with teams and hands-on troubleshooting.

The Solutions Consultant engages with clients to understand integration needs, collaborates with sales and product teams, and demonstrates integration capabilities to secure customer buy-in.
