Manages strategic relationships with REPAY’s largest clients, overseeing satisfaction, retention, profitability, growth, and issue resolution. Develops account and territory strategies, conducts business reviews, identifies at-risk accounts, and executes remediation and renewal plans. Leads complex problem-solving efforts, coordinates internal and external teams, advocates for client needs, and communicates payment solution value to stakeholders from administrators to C-suite executives.

Manage technical relationships with enterprise clients, advising on integrations, payment workflows, and REPAY solutions. Investigate and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues, escalations, and risks while partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Client Success. Drive product adoption, client outcomes, technical initiatives, and process improvements. Provide technical guidance to stakeholders, translate complex concepts for business audiences, and participate in rotating off-hours on-call support.

Serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, managing technical relationships, integrations, payment workflows, risks, escalations, and product adoption. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to resolve complex issues and advocate for client needs. Provide API and systems guidance, support strategic initiatives, optimize technology usage, and participate in rotating off-hours on-call support.
