Serve as a trusted advisor driving value, adoption, and renewals across a portfolio. Build scalable CoEs and 1:N programs, coach partners, manage escalations, and identify expansion opportunities. Use AI-driven tools, copilots, and intelligent agents to monitor portfolio health, deploy automated value reports, and orchestrate AI-powered account plans. Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements (native-level German), partner with technical teams for complex builds, and scale value realization across customers.

Trusted advisor driving end-to-end customer value with Celonis Process Intelligence. Lead value assessments and proof-of-value, build demos and business cases, run workshops, engage C-level stakeholders, realize and scale process improvements, drive adoption and expansion, and provide product feedback to enhance platform capabilities.

Work with strategic EMEA customers to design, prototype and deliver Process Intelligence + AI solutions (PoVs, demos, hackathons). Drive value identification, realization, adoption and expansion; present value to executives and feed product feedback to engineering.

Own post-sales value realization across a portfolio by driving adoption, scalable 1:N engagement programs, stakeholder governance, partner orchestration, AI-orchestrated account plans, automated value reporting, and coaching customers to operationalize a Centre of Excellence.

Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, value realization, and renewals using Celonis Process Intelligence. Build scalable 1:N programs, coach partners and CoEs, deploy AI-orchestrated account plans and automated value reports, monitor portfolio health with AI tools, and surface expansion opportunities while partnering with internal technical teams for complex initiatives.

Assist the Employment Law, Privacy, Ethics & Compliance Team with data privacy compliance, manage data requests, support ISO audits, and analyze business processes.
