Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. Responsibilities include managing project plans and concurrent deployments, configuring the platform, aligning stakeholders, delivering training, measuring time-to-value, building implementation playbooks and KPIs, and feeding customer insights into Product. The role also partners with Sales on scoping and transitions customers to Customer Success. This is an individual contributor role based five days per week in New York City.

Serve as the bridge between customers, product, and market for deductions/disputes. Build processes, documentation, and playbooks; engage customers to gather needs and ensure product value; translate workflows into product opportunities; research market trends; and collaborate with the Product Lead to scope and execute features.
