Own inbound technical support for enterprise customers: troubleshoot and reproduce issues, write actionable bug reports, configure and operationalize the support platform, build reporting and KB content, prototype AI-assisted support automations, and feed product insights back into roadmap planning.

As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll support customer research success, assist with participant recruitment, troubleshoot issues, and develop workflows to optimize operations.
