Own strategic automotive customer accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, delivery, retention, and expansion of HERE location solutions. Manage complex cross-functional programs, customer success plans, risks, escalations, technical requirements, and executive relationships. Advise customers on navigation, IoT, and location-based services while supporting sales opportunities. Serve as the voice of the customer, influence product improvements, and ensure successful integration of APIs, SDKs, data services, and connected automotive architectures. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Provide senior-level technical support for mobile and embedded SDKs across Android, iOS, and Flutter. Troubleshoot complex production issues using logs, stack traces, and debugging tools; diagnose integrations with APIs and cloud services; act as escalation point; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes; collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams; manage multiple customer engagements and priorities.
