The Customer Success Manager will assist customers with software challenges, champion customer needs, and collaborate with teams while providing exceptional service and support, primarily in the commercial contracting industry.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive product adoption, execute tailored success plans, monitor health and risk, run executive business reviews, coordinate cross-functional support, and pursue retention and expansion through advocacy and playbook-driven interventions. Occasional on-site travel to customer locations.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will assist customers in using our software, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will become a product expert and may need to travel to customer locations for software implementations.

Lead discovery, design, configuration, testing, and validation of accounting integrations between BuildOps and customers' ERPs. Collaborate with finance, implementation, product, and engineering to map GL structures, reconcile data, and deliver scalable integration playbooks. Ensure accurate end-to-end financial sync and minimal post‑go‑live issues.
