Serve as the primary post-sales contact for assigned customers, coordinating implementation and fulfillment of TIC products and services, supporting adoption and certification timelines, driving renewal and expansion strategy, resolving product and technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
