Leads the end-to-end architecture, configuration, deployment, optimization, and governance of Workday Financials during MetLife’s ERP modernization from PeopleSoft. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology teams to design scalable solutions, resolve complex issues, support testing and go-live readiness, manage cross-functional Workday capabilities, and establish strategic roadmaps. Serves as the primary escalation point, drives automation and continuous improvement, and mentors internal team members.

The role also facilitates implementation, incorporates field feedback, and evaluates operating-model effectiveness in regulated technology environments.

As Lead Auditor for Data and AI at MetLife, you'll assess risks, lead audits, identify issues, and communicate findings on innovative initiatives.

Lead and own multiple process re-engineering workstreams in operations/corporate functions: assess current state, design target operating models, identify and prioritize improvements, build business cases, create stakeholder deliverables (PowerPoint/Word/Excel), coach junior team members, and contribute to practice-building and knowledge sharing.

Lead process and solution design initiatives across Retirement & Income Solutions to simplify operations, improve customer and employee experiences, and drive cost and revenue outcomes. Use data analysis, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experimentation to validate ideas, build roadmaps, and manage cross-functional implementation with stakeholders across technology, finance, legal, risk, and operations.
