Lead process and solution design initiatives across Retirement & Income Solutions to simplify operations, improve customer and employee experiences, and drive cost and revenue outcomes. Use data analysis, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experimentation to validate ideas, build roadmaps, and manage cross-functional implementation with stakeholders across technology, finance, legal, risk, and operations.
