As an Engagement Manager, you will drive customer partnerships, design professional services engagements, and lead large-scale DevSecOps initiatives. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, conducting discovery sessions, structuring proposals, and managing account escalations to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Scope and design outcome-oriented professional services engagements for GitLab customers. Conduct discovery, build proposals and SOWs, partner with account and delivery teams, manage forecasting and commercial terms using Salesforce and Clari, and drive deal closure while aligning staffing and delivery for successful DevSecOps and cloud adoption.

Lead technical direction of Professional Services engagements: design GitLab reference architectures, perform large-scale migrations using Congregate, deploy/configure GitLab with Terraform and Ansible, produce technical designs and delivery kits, mentor consultants, and ensure scalable, secure, and tested automation across cloud and on-prem environments.

Lead and grow the AMER Technical Architecture practice within Professional Services. Manage Technical Architects across presales and delivery, oversee scoping, staffing, and delivery quality, coach senior technical talent, support strategic customer conversations, and turn field learnings into repeatable delivery methods, playbooks, and standards.
