The Senior Analyst will analyze credit risk in RMBS, assist rating analysts, maintain data, mentor junior analysts, and ensure compliance.

Implement and configure Morningstar client systems: build solutions and reports using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power BI; manage data migration from legacy systems; maintain CRM records; track implementations, coordinate releases and BAU transitions; lead onboarding, define transition roadmaps, and deliver system training in-person or remotely.

Serve as a pre-sales and implementation lead for Morningstar's Direct Platform across North America. Discover client needs, design scalable solutions, run demos, manage end-to-end implementations, translate requirements into deliverables, lead trainings, ensure adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Technology to inform product improvements and roadmaps.
