Lead customers through BigTime software implementations from kickoff to go-live. Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, data migration, configuration, training, workflow optimization, and post-implementation services. Provide consultative guidance on time tracking, billing, invoicing, reporting, and project management. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Support while maintaining Salesforce documentation and escalating issues appropriately.
