Manages life, disability income, and long-term care insurance applications from submission through policy issue and placement. Reviews applications for accuracy, completeness, licensing, and compliance; coordinates with carriers and financial professionals; tracks pending requirements; resolves delays; communicates case updates; maintains documentation; and advises financial professionals on submission best practices. The role also supports process-improvement initiatives and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Provides remote administrative support, including telephone assistance, correspondence, typing, filing, mailing, scheduling, copying, scanning, and shipping. Pulls documentation for contract requirements, performs invoice data entry, and assists with report review. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, attention to detail, communication, and dependability. Preferred experience includes federally funded grant programs and tools such as SmartSheet, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Investigate and resolve complex production issues across backend services, data workflows, and technical support systems. Analyze logs, query SQL and MongoDB databases, troubleshoot JSON/YAML configurations, support client integrations, and assist with bug fixes and data validation. Partner with Engineering, Client Operations, and User Support teams to identify root causes, escalate issues, improve workflows, and reduce recurring support problems.

Reviews criminal records and background-check data to assess applicant eligibility, supports compliance with FCRA and other consumer-reporting regulations, and responds to client and consumer inquiries by phone and email. Provides guidance on screening processes, manages tasks within service-level deadlines, resolves issues, maintains accurate updates, and handles sensitive or high-stress conversations professionally. The role also requires Spanish communication, ongoing training, and careful oversight of AI-generated outputs and data governance.

Owns go-to-market analytics, forecasting, sales performance reporting, and GTM operating cadence. Leads annual planning, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board reporting, and partners with finance, data, and marketing to improve revenue processes and systems. Uses SQL, CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Support global infrastructure as an SME across databases, servers, networks, storage, and application platforms. Provide medium-to-high complexity run-the-business support, incident resolution, project resources, requirements gathering, solution implementation, knowledge articles, and mentoring. Cover 24/7 shifts as required.

Paid, in-person summer internship at Compassion International’s Colorado Springs headquarters. Interns may work in business support, donor relations or research, global programs, graphic design, legal, marketing, people and culture, or project management. The program includes hands-on work, professional development, mentorship, spiritual formation, and community engagement.
