Requires deep federal networks, defense-market expertise, acquisition and industrial-base policy fluency, and senior-level business development or government experience.

Develops government contracting business by engaging command leadership, identifying prospective customers and partners, reviewing forecasts, assessing requirements, onboarding professionals, supporting administrative activities, and contributing to winning proposals. The role reports to the company president and requires strong communication, email, Microsoft Office, Excel, and AI-tool skills.

Provide end-to-end HubSpot consulting: discovery, requirements translation, implementation, testing, data cleansing/imports, post-go-live support, and proactive client relationship building. Tackle code-related tasks and work in agile sprints to deliver solutions and ensure user adoption.
