Lead and scale a 30+ Solutions Engineering PreSales organization across the US Corporate segment. Translate PreSales strategy into operational plans, design SE playbooks, drive AI adoption and technical excellence, partner cross-functionally on GTM, use data to optimize performance, and hire and develop managers and SE talent to improve win rates and pipeline velocity.

Serve as the technical escalation and pre-sales architecture lead supporting Solutions Engineers. Engage customers to gather integration and security requirements, design and document technical solutions (integrations, authentication, data exchange), mitigate risks to wins and implementations, liaise with services/implementation teams, and enable internal teams through reusable assets and presentations to drive successful sales outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally and train stakeholders while protecting confidential materials to support AI system training and client needs.

Lead development of a document-centric web interface integrating Vertex AI Search. Build React frontends and Python backends, implement document processing, vector search/RAG pipelines, optimize performance and scalability, write tests, and collaborate with cloud and architecture teams to deliver an enterprise-grade AI platform.

Lead post-sales integrations for Element451: validate SOWs, architect and scope SIS and other integrations, run engineering delivery through build/UAT/go-live, operate maintenance and live support, set processes/tooling, partner with Product to productize integrations, and measure delivery KPIs.

Manage and service commercial P&C insurance accounts, prepare submissions and proposals, process changes/audits/bindings/cancellations, invoice and collect premiums, coordinate with producers, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and support growth and special projects while ensuring carrier compliance and timely client response.

Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, global travel and expense management, process and systems development, stakeholder relationship management, and preparation of executive briefings and summaries to increase productivity and accountability.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails. Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and write well-tested production code. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Data Engineering, and QA teams.

Analyze data from multiple sources, write and validate SQL queries, build dashboards and reports, define business metrics, investigate trends and anomalies, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders while improving data quality and supporting forecasting and experiments.

Drive awareness and education of Dose products to healthcare professionals via outbound/inbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Qualify leads, manage a pipeline in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, hit sales targets, and maintain product and competitive knowledge.
