The Regulatory Accountant analyzes and understands accounting processes, communicates effectively, prepares regulatory filings, and works collaboratively with the regulatory team to enhance client experiences.

Generate new business for industrial electronic, motor, and hydraulic repair services through lead generation, cold calling, networking, negotiation, and onboarding. Develop and track business development plans, partner with sales and operations to close deals, attend trade shows, and travel heavily to customer sites.

Design and optimize electric motor manufacturing processes, lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance (ISO, UL, CE), perform root-cause analysis (Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D), drive lean continuous improvement, specify/validate equipment, manage supplier quality, document processes and audits, and train production staff to improve yield and maintain product standards.

Manage social media strategy and content for 2-5 clients, create tailored content calendars and visually engaging assets (short-form video, carousels, stories), communicate for varied audiences, manage projects and deadlines, and use web-based apps and AI tools to deliver results remotely.

Lead performance media strategy for an enterprise B2B payments client, overseeing full-funnel demand generation across search, paid social, programmatic and remarketing. Partner with analytics and agency leadership on measurement, attribution, CRM integrations and revenue reporting. Present strategic recommendations to executives, guide media investment decisions, and coach a cross-functional team of planners and supervisors to optimize lead quality and pipeline contribution.

Lead and manage the deployments team, enforce processes, provide technical guidance for Windows/Mac setups, MDM, onboarding/offboarding, inventory, automation (ImmyBot), vendor repairs, and client-facing escalations.
