Own and evolve Awesome Inc's mentor-driven Fellowship accelerator: source and coach startups, manage program operations and KPIs, run events (Demo Day, Kentucky Venture Summit), report outcomes, vet pipeline companies, partner with fund stakeholders, and represent the organization across the region.

Manage bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration: process timecards and payroll changes, enroll and support employees in benefits and 401(k), reconcile benefits invoices, maintain HRIS records, assist with leave claims and verifications, provide employee support, and offer administrative HR assistance onsite.

Handle incoming customer calls, internet and live chat leads; schedule follow-ups and sales appointments; provide product and initial financing information; follow up on no-shows and unready leads; use CRM daily and participate in team/process improvement.

Lead mobile QA for a Flutter app: build and run parallelized E2E tests, validate GraphQL contracts, integrate AI tools to auto-generate tests, monitor observability (Sentry, Firebase, GCP), triage issues, run exploratory and release testing across emulators, devices, TestFlight/Play Console and Shorebird OTA, and maintain CI/CD quality gates in Codemagic/GitLab CI.

Perform business analysis using Agile methods: elicit, analyze, and document business functions and requirements; create BRDs and user stories; support backlog prioritization; facilitate technical and business analysis for application development; identify legacy system processes; participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Respond to inbound leads quickly, qualify prospects through research and targeted outreach, and set discovery calls/demos for the sales team. Maintain CRM data, meet contact engagement quotas, and recommend process improvements to increase conversion and efficiency.
