Provide remote executive support including calendar and travel management, call/email screening, briefing prep, vendor and project deadline tracking, document preparation, CRM data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Lead design and maintenance of data warehouse architecture, schemas, and ETL to support reporting and BI. Provide Oracle DBA support (configuration, backup, tuning), integrate enterprise systems (Workday, Cayuse, Lawson), enforce data governance and security best practices, and collaborate across IT to document and optimize data solutions.

Manage and maintain AWS-based Linux, Windows, and container infrastructure; ensure security, performance, and availability; monitor systems and databases; troubleshoot complex issues; collaborate with development, operations, and security teams; coordinate connectivity with cellular providers; optimize cloud costs and implement automation and best practices.

Partner with the Founder to build and run company operations: translate vision into plans, lead hiring and training, create SOPs and KPIs, manage performance and escalations, oversee cross-functional leaders, and deliver projects on time while protecting quality and scaling service operations.
