Provides strategic and technical leadership for Lilly’s eDiscovery program across the full EDRM lifecycle. Manages legal hold systems, data preservation and collection, processing, review, production, vendor relationships, workflows, and chain-of-custody requirements. Conduct workshops and demos, position the ERP automation platform against competitors, and collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, product, and customer success. As an early commercial hire, create sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, collateral, and repeatable processes for future account executives.

Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot large-scale OpenWRT wireless infrastructure and FreeRADIUS authentication systems. Manage PPSK/DPSK authentication, VLAN assignment, hostapd, MikroTik networking, roaming, DHCP, and client connectivity. Develop integrations, firmware automation, monitoring, and telemetry tools using Python, Bash, Go, and Lua. Analyze packet captures and wireless performance, support AP provisioning, and contribute to wireless architecture and scaling.

Support social media presence by creating, editing, scheduling posts; engaging followers; tracking analytics; helping run campaigns; maintaining content calendars and healthcare-relevant, compliant content.

Own the technical success of strategic enterprise customers by advising on platform health, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture. Manage escalations and critical incidents, coordinate Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and communicate resolution plans. Analyze usage and support trends, triage bugs and feature requests, provide preventative recommendations, and contribute workflow improvements or lightweight fixes. Support cloud and self-hosted deployments using DevOps and infrastructure expertise.

Own day-to-day GRC operations, including access reviews, security awareness, policy exceptions, risk assessments, third-party risk, internal audits, control monitoring, and audit evidence automation. Maintain policies, metrics, and audit readiness across SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA frameworks. Partner with engineering, IT, legal, operations, and sales to operationalize controls and remediate findings, with opportunities to lead audits and mature the compliance program.
