As Head of Finance, you will lead financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, build the finance function, and partner with the CEO on growth initiatives.

Owner of end-to-end finance: monthly close, GAAP compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, tax, reporting, and audit readiness. Build automated workflows between billing and accounting systems, maintain SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn), keep diligence-ready financial data room, and partner on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Hands-on operator using AI to automate finance workflows and scale the function.
