Collect, analyze, and present housing data to inform MaineHousing programs. Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and public data sets; support data governance, program evaluation, survey analysis, and requests from external stakeholders. Lead month-end close and consolidation for a multi-entity renewable energy company. Maintain GL and reconciliations, manage intercompany eliminations, coordinate audits, perform technical GAAP research, prepare financial and compliance reports for executives and the Board, support budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis, improve accounting systems and analytics, mentor junior staff, and ensure continuity of accounting operations.

Provide phone-based employee relations advice and end-to-end case management for ER cases, ensure compliance with policy and GDPR, coach and support line managers, maintain accurate ER case records, highlight trends, and work with policy, legal and stakeholders. Test new web and mobile features, report bugs and usability issues, run manual and automated tests, review requirements and designs, improve QA processes and documentation, and provide UI/UX feedback while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
