Summer internship supporting reorganization of a high-volume electronic document library. Tasks include categorizing documents, systematically renaming files per conventions, and maintaining workflow logs. Approximately 10-15 hours/week, primarily remote with some in-person training.

Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives and serve as a strategic HR business partner. Conduct org effectiveness assessments, build workforce models, run skills-gap and scenario analyses, develop org design tools, create current/future state deliverables, and manage project plans. Partner with analytics and People Team functions, influence stakeholders, support talent management and change efforts, and pilot solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and alignment.

Lead and develop Membership Advisor teams across multiple clubs to achieve membership sales goals. Recruit, train, coach, monitor performance, manage lead follow-up and reporting, partner with GMs and Marketing, attend community events, and travel regularly between clubs to ensure consistent sales execution and member experience.

Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals with IRS/tax debt concerns. Conduct consultative discovery, present tax-relief solutions, overcome objections, manage follow-up, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain consistent client communication and participate in training, coaching, and performance-driven sales activities in a high-volume, in-office environment.

Own full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly (including union) roles: source, screen, schedule interviews, extend offers, manage onboarding, maintain Paylocity records, coordinate background checks and I-9/E-Verify, track recruiting metrics, and support HR engagement initiatives.

Lead accounting operations, oversee month- and year-end close, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls. Provide forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis to leadership and the board. Manage audits, tax compliance, fixed assets, consolidations, and foreign currency accounting. Build and mentor the accounting team and drive process improvements and financial systems automation.

Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot complex issues; manage user accounts; perform maintenance, backups, and updates; document solutions; participate in policy implementation; rotate 24/7 on-call and travel to local client sites.

Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial customer appointments, serve as primary customer contact to provide updates and resolve issues, maintain project paperwork and client records, collaborate with production teams for project execution, and support leadership with process improvements.

Lead ERP analysis, administration, configuration, testing, and support across global manufacturing sites. Translate business requirements into ERP solutions, document processes, drive standard functionality adoption, support EDI, mentor junior analysts, and deliver end-user training while partnering with technical and functional teams.

Contact members about delinquent loans and negative balances, negotiate resolutions, maintain and investigate payment histories and member records, manage delinquent card and negative balance queues, ensure compliance with NCUA, FDCPA, and BSA guidelines, generate related reports, and recommend adverse actions when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Collections.
