Provide in-house legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters; draft and negotiate contracts, support M&A and financing transactions, coordinate outside counsel, represent the company in disputes, and advise management on compliance and business risks.

Lead and execute SnapLogic's AWS and technology partner strategy: build and manage hyperscaler and ISV relationships, negotiate OEM and marketplace deals, drive joint solutions, co-sell motions, and measurable revenue and adoption outcomes. Coordinate across sales, product, engineering, marketing, legal, and customer success to launch integrations, marketplace offers, and partner GTM programs while tracking partnership performance.

Lead and coordinate software, AI, automation, and systems-integration projects. Maintain schedules, track action items, run status meetings, coordinate resources and vendors, support development sprints and releases, prepare reports and dashboards, drive accountability, and identify process improvements to increase project delivery efficiency.

Lead large-scale projects, programs, and process improvements using project/program management, change management, and Lean principles. Develop plans, manage stakeholders and resources, monitor status, budgets and compliance, deliver training, mentor staff, and ensure successful implementation and documentation across health plan systems.

Provide financial planning and analysis including strategic capital pro-formas, medical group budgets, initiative variance tracking, and maintain SQL data systems to support leadership decision-making and reporting.

Support and administer the commercial loan operations system, provide user support and troubleshooting, develop reports and procedures, assist testing and implementation of system enhancements, drive process improvements for credit and lending, create end-user documentation, train users, research and escalate issues, and maintain compliance with lending regulations and Bank Secrecy Act duties.

Support, configure, and optimize Workday modules and integrations; translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions; lead cross-functional initiatives, release management, testing, reporting, data governance, and AI-enabled capability assessments to ensure reliable workforce processes and data integrity.

Develop and manage business relationships to drive revenue through prospecting, onboarding, and retention. Advise partners on financing and treasury solutions, generate commercial and consumer referrals, respond to RFPs, represent the credit union at community events, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
