Provide administrative and program support for the Office of Career Strategy, including managing job and employer event postings, supporting fellowship and recruiting programs, maintaining databases and websites, assisting student programming and clerkship application processes, supervising student workers, and serving as a frontline office representative.

Provide administrative support for Fitness to Practise hearings: communicate decisions, maintain alerts database, update register in Dynamics 365 and CMS, produce attendance logs and statistics, follow SOPs, and handle confidential registrant information sensitively to ensure public protection.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will deploy solutions in customer environments, design integrations, customize AI workflows, troubleshoot issues, and translate feedback into product improvements.

Provide commercial legal support for sales, partnerships, vendor purchases, and go-to-market teams. Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, software licenses, DPAs, NDAs, and enterprise contracts; advise on IP, data privacy/security, AI terms, and regulatory matters; develop policies, playbooks, and processes; and deliver practical in-house legal guidance to balance business objectives and legal risk.
