Prospect automotive dealerships through inbound and outbound calls, qualify potential customers, present Marchex products, and set appointments for the automotive sales team. Maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce, respond to inquiries, develop relationships, and coordinate effective handoffs. The role partners closely with Marketing and Sales and requires strong communication, initiative, quota orientation, and familiarity with sales tools and automotive customers.

Owns wellbeing engagement strategy for more than 1,000 SMB accounts through scalable digital campaigns, webinars, nurture sequences, self-service toolkits, and automated journeys. Design and architect enterprise ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer. Develop integration automations with third-party tools, maintain CMDB data integrity and relationships, and manage IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, and hardware assets using SAM Pro and HAM Pro. Define implementation roadmaps and analyze CMDB health, workspace, discovery, and dashboard data. ServiceNow architecture or administration certifications are expected.

Manage day-to-day office operations, client-facing front desk duties, team development, facility and vendor coordination, basic financial/administrative support, and improve office systems to ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

Designs and programs machine control systems for custom automation projects. Responsibilities include developing control concepts, electrical drawings, design calculations, PLC and motion-control software, operator interfaces, project estimates, technical proposals, and scope monitoring. Provides fabrication, installation, and technical support; coordinates with project managers, sales, clients, and designers; trains team members; and ensures compliance with electrical codes and quality standards. Travel and access to secured customer facilities may be required.

Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies; develop logistics strategies and policies; analyze forecasts and inventory levels; oversee vendor relationships and a logistics team; ensure regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement; coordinate deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.

Reviews appraisal reports for new and renewal loan requests, performs or reviews in-house evaluations, resolves appraisal errors and deficiencies, and helps maintain the approved appraiser database. The role requires knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, strong communication and analytical decision-support skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance is preferred, along with three years of appraisal review, commercial real estate, or finance experience.

Build and lead commercial strategy and operations for a 250-person prenatal field organization: set strategy, territory design, quota and comp plans, sales analytics and dashboards, partner with commercial data science, deploy AI to scale insight, and program-manage cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue and account expansion.

Guide customers through vehicle financing, protection products, credit decisions, deal structuring, lender submissions, contract preparation, and closing. Maximize dealership profitability while maintaining transparent customer service and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Audit completed deals, improve processes, ensure timely contract funding, and protect the dealership’s financial interests.
