The PIP Claims Representative investigates claims, evaluates policy coverage, authorizes payments, and resolves issues while providing service to agents and policyholders.

Sell and advise retail bank customers on investment and insurance products. Build relationships with branch staff, coach licensed bankers, schedule and conduct prospect and client meetings, process paperwork, maintain compliance, and support business growth through outreach and reporting. Travel between branches and attend occasional overnight training.

Provide needs-based investment advice and customized financial plans to mass-affluent clients in an investor center. Engage existing clients to build relationships, recommend appropriate investment solutions, support client retention and asset growth, and collaborate within a team while meeting compliance and licensing requirements.

Design, test, and transfer mixed-signal and optoelectronic circuits to production. Lead projects and mentor junior staff; coordinate PCB prototyping and supplier interactions; write and approve assembly/test procedures; troubleshoot electronics, resolve component obsolescence and nonconformances; collaborate with software/firmware teams; improve manufacturing and test processes and verify specifications through measurement and statistical analysis.

Lead delivery and oversight of internal and client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion. Manage resources, risks, scope, finances, stakeholders, vendor relationships, project documentation, performance tracking, and reporting. Apply project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and leverage AI platforms to increase efficiency.

Develop new leads and revive lost customers in the building materials industry through proactive outbound calls, CRM-driven account management, order processing, product demos, and close collaboration with sales, credit, and lead-generation teams to drive revenue and improve customer relationships.

Manage assigned customer accounts for new and existing commercial business: lead quotations, negotiate with customers, support program teams commercially, drive profitability, handle receivables/payables reconciliation, represent customer voice, and coordinate customer activities and engineering changes post-SOP.

The role involves developing strategic proposals, creating compelling graphics, and mentoring junior team members, requiring strong project management and communication skills.

Handle warm demo appointments delivered by Territory Development Partners, build rapid rapport with small-business owners, overcome objections, close sales and collect payment on the call, meet high-velocity weekly close targets, and help refine the sales playbook.
