Provide first-contact Level 1 IT support: triage and resolve tickets, escalate complex issues, provision/retire devices, create accounts, set up new hires, maintain MDM and inventory records, follow runbooks, and perform periodic on-site hardware handling and travel.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; install, configure, and maintain computer systems and LAN/WAN; troubleshoot system and network problems; assist with VPN setup; use Remedy, Jira, and other IT management tools; collaborate with IT team.
