The Senior AI Designer will develop, design, and implement complex AI systems for NPCs, ensuring engaging gameplay and collaboration across disciplines.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Game Science & Insights team to drive experimentation, causal inference, predictive modelling and AI/ML systems across AAA and live-service titles. Own analytics operations, oversee AI/ML lifecycle from research to production on Snowflake/Databricks, partner cross-functionally to influence product and commercial outcomes, and recruit and mentor technical staff while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end ML pipelines and scalable model serving infrastructure. Build feature stores, continuous training (CT) pipelines, monitoring for model drift and latency, optimize GPU/CPU cluster costs, and collaborate with data scientists to productionize models for live-service games.

Serve as the operational hub for analytics, ML, and game intelligence initiatives. Facilitate end-to-end data science workflows, build roadmaps and schedules, manage Jira/Confluence workflows, mitigate risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams and global operations, and produce executive reporting to maintain visibility into analytical project status.

Design and deploy machine learning models (matchmaking, skill rating, recommender systems). Develop representation learning for player behavior, evaluate state-of-the-art methods, translate product problems into ML tasks, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production.
