Five-and-a-half-month applied AI and analytics co-op building production-ready AI solutions, data pipelines, dashboards, reports, models, and agentic workflow prototypes. The role involves analyzing messy datasets, identifying insights, automating analytical workflows, documenting prompts, and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders. Co-ops work on live enterprise projects and support SharkNinja’s AI transformation initiatives while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Embeds with commercial teams to identify growth and margin opportunities, then designs, builds, deploys, and maintains production AI agents, LLM pipelines, data products, and internal tools. Owns architecture, evaluation, reliability, observability, cost, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Partners with senior leaders, finance teams, engineers, and operators to translate technical solutions into commercial impact and develop repeatable AI capabilities.

Own and build production AI agents and automations across Finance, including FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Tax, and Treasury. Lead the AI roadmap, quantify business outcomes, establish governance and SOX controls, integrate systems such as Oracle ERP and EPM, and manage a technical finance team. Partner with executives, technology, data, and audit stakeholders to scale secure, auditable automation that improves margin, productivity, and enterprise value.

Lead and execute SharkNinja's AI integration across the engineering lifecycle: build unified engineering data infrastructure, deploy AI-powered tooling for design, testing, reliability, and program management, embed AI Fellows into teams, drive change management and adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes tied to faster, higher-quality product development.

Lead and execute AI integration across finance and legal, owning strategy, sequencing, and delivery. Build and lead embedded AI Fellows, productionalize LLM-driven tools, drive adoption, measure business impact, and coordinate with external partners to consolidate initiatives and ensure enterprise readiness.

Lead enterprise AI integration across Product Development and Product Excellence. Build unified data infrastructure, deploy AI tools, reform program management, scale AI-powered quality and consumer insights, and lead an embedded AI Fellows team to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and organizational change across hardware and consumer product lifecycles.
