The role defines metrics, analyzes behavioral data, builds trusted datasets and dashboards, informs product and business strategy, mentors data professionals, and partners with engineering to productionize models. It also develops AI-enabled analytics workflows using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and agentic tools.

Own product analytics, experimentation, reporting, and predictive analysis for Owners and Sellers. Lead exploratory analyses, define success metrics, design multivariate tests, uncover consumer behavior insights, and influence product strategy. Build AI-enabled self-service reporting, improve tracking and data quality, and create scalable ETL pipelines. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams while communicating findings to technical and executive stakeholders.

Architect, build, and operate an internal AI platform that enables agentic use cases and safe model access. Own platform APIs, SDKs, LLM gateway, provisioning, access governance, license hygiene, observability, and runbooks. Implement AI protocols (MCP, A2A, ARD), enforce identity and policy-as-code controls, strengthen AWS infrastructure (Bedrock, IAM, network security), and partner cross-functionally to drive platform standards and operational excellence.

Serve as a senior analytics partner for consumer product experiences, owning experimentation, business analytics, and data to inform product roadmaps. Lead exploratory analyses, design multivariate tests, define success metrics, improve tracking and data quality, and build self-service AI-enabled reporting to surface insights about consumer behavior, content engagement, and media quality that drive product and business decisions.

Lead CRM marketing analytics for Seller and Owner verticals: build segmentation and personalization models, map customer journeys, design targeted campaigns, define KPIs, analyze consumer data, integrate CRM with other systems, collaborate with engineering and marketing to optimize engagement and drive revenue.

Lead measurement and analytics for Spotlight Listings: define KPIs and instrumentation, build SSOT dashboards, model inventory capacity, design marketplace experiments, own revenue and activation reporting, ensure data quality, and partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to inform pricing and renewal strategies.

Lead design and delivery of the AI-powered creative operating system connecting audience intelligence, briefs, concepting, asset production, and performance feedback. Build and standardize video and image AI pipelines, Figma automation, tool stack selection, and workflows that scale creative output. Embed with creative teams to ship production-ready systems, evaluate emerging capabilities, and ensure measurable increases in output with flat headcount.
