Advises executives, measures productivity and ROI, drives organizational adoption, and guides enterprise AI architecture and deployment reliability.

Lead design and upkeep of the AI context layer for content systems. Translate strategy into execution, manage programs, track progress, mitigate risks, curate and enrich metadata, and set documentation standards. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Documentation to enable scalable AI-driven self-service knowledge and documentation governance.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance Go backend services for a multi-tenant AI agent platform. Own authentication, token/session lifecycle, scoped credential granting, and data isolation. Define and execute strategy and roadmap for an agentic observability platform. Lead cross-functional teams to productize LLM-based autonomous agents, ensure trust, safety, auditability, quality evaluation, go-to-market, pricing, and stakeholder alignment while mentoring product and AI professionals.

Drive AI integration and product feature development in close collaboration with the CTO and product leadership.
