Support Cloudflare Professional Services by designing and deploying AI-driven prototypes (LLMs, RAG, predictive models) to automate PMO and resourcing workflows; clean and structure post-sales data for model training; refine prompts and model parameters; translate leadership needs into technical requirements and MVPs; and document knowledge bases, workflows, and deployment steps to improve team efficiency.

Build, deploy, and operate scalable ML/AI pipelines and services (training, inference, observability) for internal applications including chatbots and agents. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design systems, improve MLOps, shorten model deployment cycles, and leverage Cloudflare infrastructure and modern AI tooling.

Design, train, deploy, and maintain scalable ML and GenAI models and services. Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements, improve data quality, build AI agents/chatbots, publish model outputs at scale, and mentor/hire data scientists in Bengaluru.

Lead strategy and roadmap for AI Access products that let publishers control agent access, deliver specs and launches, partner with engineering, design, research, GTM, and BD, and represent the product externally to publishers, AI labs, and developers.

Bridge model creators and developers by integrating external models, building demos and reference apps, authoring technical content, supporting developer communities, and influencing product and API roadmaps through partner and community feedback. Represent Cloudflare at events and provide technical support for model integrations.

Lead productionization and optimization of ML models for a global, serverless inference platform. Build benchmarking/evaluation tooling, improve inference performance (quantization, compilation, batching), integrate models with heterogeneous GPUs and accelerators, enhance deployment workflows and observability, and mentor engineers while driving ML production best practices.

Build scalable, reliable ML and GenAI models and backends; partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders; improve data collection and quality with data engineers; train and deploy models at scale; publish model insights; analyze trends with statistical significance; present findings to varied audiences; and hire, mentor, and grow the Austin data science team.
