Assesses accuracy, reliability, hallucinations, fairness, robustness, and security across LLMs and AI agents. Builds evaluation harnesses, benchmarks, and golden datasets; conducts bias, red-team, adversarial, and risk testing; documents findings and governance decisions; and collaborates with engineering, security, and business teams to embed responsible AI practices and coach technical teams.

Lead and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) practice: define competencies, hire and develop senior FDE talent, manage resource allocation, own practice standards and playbooks, and personally lead strategic AI engagements. Partner with AI, business, and governance stakeholders to ensure responsible, measurable AI-enabled outcomes and drive adoption across the organization.

Own and deliver high-value AI use cases end-to-end by embedding in business workflows, partnering with AI engineering pods, ensuring integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, Distyl), driving adoption, measuring business outcomes, and enforcing Responsible AI, security, and governance standards.
