Key Responsibilities
Brand & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with category growth ambitions.
  • Drive market share, penetration, brand equity, and profitability goals.
  • Lead integrated business planning and translate consumer opportunities into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and growth platforms across Baby Care segments.

Consumer & Market Understanding

  • Build deep understanding of parents, caregivers, babies, and emerging parenting trends.
  • Analyze market, consumer, competitive, and channel data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Translate insights into winning brand strategies, innovations, and communication plans.

Innovation & Portfolio Management

  • Lead innovation projects from concept generation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Manage product portfolio, architecture, pricing, and proposition development.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Development to deliver successful innovations.

Brand Communication & Digital Excellence

  • Develop impactful communication strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Lead creative development and campaign execution to strengthen brand relevance and differentiation.
  • Drive digital-first marketing initiatives, content strategies, and community engagement.
  • Ensure strong execution across consumer touchpoints, including e-commerce and modern trade channels.

Performance Management

  • Own brand performance tracking including sales, market share, and brand health.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively and optimize investment allocation.
  • Deliver clear business recommendations through robust performance analysis.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships with agencies, research partners, professionals, and external stakeholders where relevant.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and consumer-centric culture.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skill

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving change.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including but not limited to, CRM systems, market research tools, and project management software.
