About you:

  • 5-7 Years of experience
  • Good understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.
  • Product Catalog and Charge Models
  • Expert in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating.  
  • Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM & HTML templates
  • Worked on Zuora Order line-item feature - Create Order line-item, create Invoice order line item.
  • Subscription lifecycle management – Create, update, renew, cancel etc.
  • Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processes
  • Mass create/update/delete at/for multiple objects
  • Experience in developer tools, postman tools
  • Experience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways, Data analytics platforms and tax system
  • Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs,Payment Gateways.
  • Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.
  • In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, Permissions, Billing templates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora configurations, integrations, and data flows. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. 
  • Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices. 
  • Stay up-to-date with Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and utilization. 
  • Automation of Zuora deployment
  • Ability to write ZOQL
  • 3- 5 years of experience in Zuora development.
  • Strong knowledge of Zuora functionalities, including billing, payments, and subscription management.

  • Education - Master’s/Bachelor's Degree - Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology.
