Zucol Group is actively seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python (Django) for backend development, React.js or Next.js for frontend development, along with a solid grasp of AWS infrastructure and Linux environments.
You will work on developing robust, scalable web applications that deliver high-performance digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Django, React.js, and Next.js.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data flow.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following development best practices.
Handle backend logic, database integration, performance tuning, and security.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
Manage Linux servers and handle Nginx/Apache configuration and troubleshooting.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver timely, high-quality features.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
Proficient in Python and Django framework.
Strong frontend development skills in React.js and Next.js.
Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.
Experience working on Linux-based environments.
Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and other deployment automation tools.
Expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Proficient in Git and version control best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with WebSockets or other real-time communication tools.
Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.
Ability to contribute to system architecture and mentor junior developers.
