What you will do
- Own, manage and deliver “zone insights” from multiple data sources / dashboards to support and improve zone performance Profit and Loss (PnL)
- Responsible to execute supply strategy, i.e. supply incentives, onboarding proposal and positioning, to ensure ample supply for service rate improvement
- Responsible to execute demand strategy, i.e. Pricing adjustments, voucher injections, to maintain and improve customer willingness to book on our platform
- Accountable to execute day-to-day tactical and pre-planned decisions to ensure supply demand balance that resulted in high service rates
- Accountable for in-depth analysis on issues that happened on generated orders to generate insights and potential product improvement for consumers and drivers platform experience
What you will need
- High Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis on multiple platforms i.e. Google sheets, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand data, generate insights, define problem statements and create actionable plans which answer specified problem statements
- Ability to create concise communication on problems observed and proposed action plans to related stakeholders along with ability to defend the rationale of proposed actions
- Fast to learn, adapt and implement tactical decisions based on daily on-ground conditions to improve business metrics in their respective zone
