ZONE MANAGER
Reports to: Director of Operations
Benefits: Salary + Car Allowance + Gas Card
Bonus: To Be Decided
Duties: All Store Manager Duties and Job Description
Must be trained in Dunkin, Baskin, Subway, and C-Store
Will serve as a substitute Manager at any store in the Zone
Will TRAIN all Employees as needed for any Brand of the Company
Will respond to emergencies in the Zone including Robbery, Injuries, and Customer Complaints
Will maintain Employee Contact List for the Zone and assist Managers with covering shifts
Will assist with interviewing applicants on behalf of Store Managers as needed
May interview and train Employees specifically to float throughout the Zone
Will be an active RECRUITER of Employees and Managers for the Zone
Will perform AUDITS for Cash, Safe, Lottery Tickets, Time Cards, and Invoices
Also monitor accurate Employee Files at each store including PTO balances
and Training Checklists
Will maintain PTO Balances for all Managers in the Zone
Will monitor and respond to Inventory Shrink Reports
Will monitor Food Cost and investigate / resolve waste or theft problems in Brands
Will monitor Labor Usage at each store and enforce the Labor Goals of the Company
This includes assisting and training Managers to write effective schedules
Responsible for all aspects of the Financial Reports for each store in the Zone
Will maintain exceptional store conditions and comply with all Brand Standards

Will report Weekly Sales to the Director of Operations
Will report Monthly Audit results to the Director of Operations
Skills Required
- Trained in Dunkin, Baskin, Subway, and C-Store operations
- Ability to serve as substitute manager at any store in the zone
- Ability to train employees and managers across multiple brands
- Experience responding to emergencies (robbery, injuries, customer complaints)
- Experience performing audits for cash, safe, lottery, time cards, and invoices
- Maintain and monitor accurate employee files, PTO balances, and training checklists
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates for store and zone roles
- Ability to monitor and investigate inventory shrink, food cost, waste, and theft
- Monitor labor usage and enforce labor goals; assist managers with scheduling
- Responsible for financial reporting for each store in the zone
- Maintain exceptional store conditions and comply with brand standards
