The Role: We believe Digital & eCommerce will revolutionize the healthcare industry, improving our consumers' well-being and helping them live healthier, fuller lives. To reach our ambition in e-commerce, we are expanding our capabilities and looking to hire a Western Europe Headless & E-Innovation Associate. You will support our scope manager and report to the Head of eCommerce. As part of the Opella Western Europe eCommerce team, you will drive the headless agenda (Direct to Consumer & Marketplaces) for our zone, define standards, action plans, and ensure minimum operating standards are met. You will partner with our Sales and Marketing teams to expand our online presence and offer a seamless consumer experience on our brands. Additionally, you will ensure value delivery by using performance metrics, data insights, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Support brand expansion through marketplaces and DTC website development:

• Assist in identifying and evaluate potential marketplaces.
• Manage partners for headless operations.
• Launch and optimize DTC websites.
• Integrate DTC websites and marketplaces.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs.

Assist in financial performance tracking:

• Support the development of financial plans and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance.
• Provide recommendations and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and profitability.

Contribute to e-Innovation by developing digital products:

• Collaborate on online product innovation.
• Enhance product features for e-commerce.
• Manage brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

Additional main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Global, regional & local teams.
• Implement a unified global back-end infrastructure.
• Ensure data governance and compliance.
• Define standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively and multi-task.
• Develop and execute aligned sell-out activation plans.
• Understand and communicate the shopper journey.
• Operate effectively in a changing environment.
