What you will do
- Monitor key operational metrics, identify root causes, and drive timely interventions
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable execution plans and ensure follow through on the ground
- Lead zone level initiatives to improve demand, supply reliability, and operational performance
- Drive on ground engagement with drivers, customers, merchants, and local stakeholders to gather insights and resolve operational gaps
- Become the POI expert of the zone: understand POI mapping, characteristics, demand patterns, and actively manage/improve POI performance
- Own and resolve map related issues (accuracy, coverage, pin location) to ensure smooth operations and user experience
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution consistency
What you will need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or field operations roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-ground, operational challenges.
