Expand Reach
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, trade exhibition and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Review of go to market approach to improve market reach & visibility
Competitors tracking
- Tracking competitors product portfolio and pricing
- Develop market intelligence for monitoring competitor activities
- Providing feedback to AGM/Management
- Periodically Monitoring & maintaining competitors information
Receivable’s management
- Achieving monthly collection plan
- Monitoring of overdue receivables
