We are seeking a
highly skilled and motivated Zoho Technical Solutions Specialist with a strong
development background to join us. As a Development-focused Zoho Technical
Solutions Specialist, you will lead the way in configuring, developing, and
optimizing Zoho solutions. Your extensive experience with development
technologies and frameworks, such as Flutter, Firebase, .NET, Python, Magento,
Shopify, and more, will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions to
our clients. You will also have a proven track record in the development of
applications and loyalty programs, providing a holistic approach to customer
needs.
Responsibilities:
- Expert Guidance
and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to customers in analyzing
their requirements, advising them on the best Zoho solutions, and implementing
customized scenarios, including Magento and Shopify integrations.
- Pre-sales
Collaboration: Work closely with customers in a pre-sales capacity,
understanding their needs, and translating them into technical solutions using
Zoho applications.
- Customized
Solutions: Collaborate with customers to design and implement tailored Zoho
solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications and
workflows.
- Technical Support:
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the implementation
process, ensuring a smooth and successful Zoho implementation, including app
development and loyalty program management.
- Stay Informed:
Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Zoho applications,
keeping clients informed about enhancements and opportunities for improvement.
- Trusted Advisor:
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and
ensuring their satisfaction with Zoho implementations, including comprehensive
app and loyalty program solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
