We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books. As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Zoho suite of products to meet our business needs and optimize our workflows.
Responsibilities:
Custom Solution Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho applications.
- Develop and customize modules, forms, workflows, and reports using Zoho Creator.
- Integrate Zoho applications (Creator, CRM, Books, etc.) with third-party APIs and tools to enhance functionality.
Zoho CRM Configuration:
- Configure Zoho CRM to align with our sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
- Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, and automation rules to improve data capture and workflow efficiency.
- Design and implement lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement workflows.
Zoho Books Integration and Customization:
- Integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho applications and external systems for seamless data flow.
- Customize Zoho Books to match our financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting.
Technical Documentation:
- Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure ease of knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and challenges within Zoho applications.
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions and improvements.
Stay Current with Zoho Updates:
- Stay informed about new features, updates, and capabilities within the Zoho suite of products.
- Propose and implement enhancements based on new functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of Zoho's platform capabilities, customization options, and integration methods.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Deluge scripting, and APIs for Zoho customization.
- Experience with data migration, manipulation, and cleansing within Zoho applications.
- Familiarity with business processes related to sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
